Welcome to Lopes Transportation. By using our transportation services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Provided

Lopes Transportation offers various transportation services, including but not limited to private car services, shuttle services, and airport transfers. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website, app, or via phone.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You also agree to provide accurate information when making a booking and to keep your account details up to date.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our designated platforms.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the
    scheduled service time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a
    50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or show up for a booked service will result in a full
    charge with no refund.

6. Modifications to Booking

Modifications to your booking, including changes to pickup time or location, must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes within 24 hours are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

7. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely arrival at the pickup location
  • Providing accurate contact information and being reachable at the time of pickup
  • Complying with local laws and regulations while using our services.

8. Liability and Insurance

Lopes Transportation carries all necessary insurance coverage as required by law. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

9. Force Majeure

Lopes Transportation will not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other emergencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lopes Transportation will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lopes Transportation harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Termination

Lopes Transportation reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unlawful conduct, or acts in a manner harmful to our company or other customers.
